A Bolivian attorney with a Master’s in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University, Alejandra has managed large teams of instructors, testers, and curriculum developers at the Foreign Service Institute, overseeing recruiting, staffing, performance monitoring, and training to ensure top-quality language instruction. At Sapiens, she leads project coordination, contractor support, and quality assurance across our language access, testing, and education initiatives, combining deep ILR proficiency expertise with a strong commitment to culturally competent, people-first service.
